Online bids will be accepted until Saturday, December 10 at 4pm.
Online Bidding Instructions
- In order to place bids online, you must first register.
- On the Online Bidding Page, Click ‘New User Registration’ and follow the registration instructions. After you have set up an account, you can simply Login when you return to this site to monitor and update bids.
- Click ‘Place Bid’ under any banner you wish to bid on. Enter your bid and credit card information. Online bids require credit card information to hold the bid.
- Bids must be at least $25 higher than the ‘Current High Bidder’.
- The highest online bid will be the starting bid at the Banner Auction. Therefore, enter a fair price if there is a banner you want.
- You will receive email verification for your bid within two business days. If you do not receive a confirmation, please do not assume your bid went through. Please send an email to kathy@theavalonfoundation.com if you do not receive a confirmation.
- All winning bids will be determined at close of auction on December 10. If you have acquired a banner with the top bid, you will be notified within 48 hours. Arrangements to pick-up banner(s) will be made at that time.
