14th Annual Multicultural Festival

Saturday, May 4, 2013
10am – 2pm
Idlewild Park
115 Idlewild Avenue, Easton, Maryland

The Avalon Foundation along with the founding members of the P.E.A.C.E. organization, invite you to come celebrate the 14th annual Multicultural Festival which will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2013 from 10a.m-2p.m. in Idlewild Park in Easton. Each year on the first Saturday in May, friends, neighbors and visitors celebrate the cultural diversity of our community through live music, dance, art, crafts, games, food, fellowship and more. The Festival celebrates cultural diversity by providing events that positively showcase cultural differences and encourages people to share and celebrate in unity. This event is free and open to the public.

The Multicultural Festival is the work of the Avalon Foundation whose mission is to provide diversified arts and educational programs in order to improve the quality of life on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The Avalon foundation is supported by the Talbot County Arts Council and made possible by generous sponsors, participants and volunteers.

If you are interested in sponsoring this event please contact Colleen Brighton 410-443-1439 or colleen@theavalonfoundation.com . Please contact Ryan Finch for consideration for the 2013 event as a performer 443-924-4778 or ryan@avalontheatre.com
